  This place was exactly what we expected it would be. Great food, service and ambiance. Our large party ordered the steamed clams, salad wedge, mussels, crab pasta, roasted brussel sprouts, lobster bisque, and a grilled halibut. I'm usually not a fan of seafood, but all the seafood here was beautifully prepared. The crab pasta was one of the highlights. There was so much lump crab meat in the dish. Wait time was suppose to be 30 minutes, but took a lot longer. Some of the food was bland. We noticed that the halibut was a bit dry and under seasoned. Oysters came after our entrees came out and the seating is a bit tight. This is a great place for seafood and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

  My family loves the quality that SoDel Concepts continue to bring forward in the various restaurants. Catch 54 is a little out of the way for us but we do head there now and again. The food is well prepared and the servers and staff are all helpful and polite. It's got a vibrant bar area upstairs and the outdoor seating is awesome on a beautiful day like we had this week. We like their chowders and stews and prefer to the fresh seafood or catch of the day. Parking can be a challenge but that's a small price to pay.

  We went for dinner around 7 - had to wait probably 30 minutes - but hay- we are on vacation so there is no need to hurry - beautiful evening on the deck watching ducks and boats - priceless. It is a new bulging restaurant - cool looking. I ordered Delaware red crab chowder - very good and tasty - personal I like creamy better, but still it was good and I liked the taste. For dinner I had Shrimps and grits - wow - so delicious - so many different flavors - grits was creamy and buttery, shrimps with little smoky flavor - very interesting, aged chorizo, celery, carrot, onion, roasted pepper and fresh herbs - one big harmony. Fried calamari tasted very good almost like not fried - tasty. We enjoyed our food very much ;)

  Great location, bad parking. Pricey. Everything I ordered (Cream of crab soup, smoked bluefish dip and shrimp and grits) desperately needed seasoning. Nothing worth going back.
